UPDATE 5/22/20: Just like businesses across the nation, Power-Pole has had to deal with the ongoing adversity brought on by the coronavirus. As a company, we have adapted to changes in our workplace to comply with state and county orders regarding social distancing. We relocated office staff to remote workplaces, rearranged our production facility, and altered our shipping policy. We temporarily altered our production schedules in order to limit exposure for our employees using the guidelines we had to follow to remain open. To the best of our ability, we tried to keep up with the ongoing demand for our products.
Throughout this challenging time, our goal remained constant — to provide the same level of customer service we always strive to provide. We understand that the wait times have been longer than expected and the response time on emails and tickets may be delayed. Please know we are doing our best to take care of all inquiries and contacts in the same fashion as we have before.
We are also working as diligently as possible to keep backorder times as short as possible. This was something we did not anticipate when originally faced with the Covid-19 restrictions. We are in the process of hiring additional personnel to increase our production capacity. We expect the situation to improve in the coming weeks.Please know that we are on a fast track to returning to normal operating capacity. Your patience and understanding is appreciated, because providing you with the best service possible is our priority!

Due to the ongoing public health threat posed by COVID-19, Power-Pole will follow the recommendations of health and government officials in order to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus. Beginning Wednesday, March 18, the J.L. Marine Systems corporate headquarters in Tampa will no longer be open to the public, including the warranty center and customer pick-up area.
Mobile service crews, tournament support and outside sales representatives will also suspend all travel during this time. These precautions will be in effect for the next 30 days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this time.
Despite these changes, Power-Pole will continue to provide the same customer service that we are known for throughout the marine industry as best as we can. Even though we will be closed to the public, Power-Pole will remain open for business during this period until instructed otherwise.
