Inside JL Marine – Power-Pole Is Growing!

Since JL Marine’s humble beginnings on John Olivero’s porch in 1998, expansion has become the norm for the company. Having evolved from an idea to a 50,000 square foot facility- there are no signs of stopping any time soon. In 2022, we are going to be expanding our facilities by 6,500 square feet. This new expansion will improve our production capacity, warehouse capabilities, and allow us to bring new products to market, at scale. The growth of JL Marine has always started from the inside out, something reflected on by Operations Manager, Justin Gantous “American manufacturing thrive here at JL Marine. We are taking care of growing and ensuring that, along with our growth, we have not and will not compromise on the quality of our products- that’s our guarantee to our customers. We take pride in taking care of our customers, employees, and community”.  In order to fill the shoes JL Marine is growing into, more employees are in high demand across the board.

The expansion of JL Marine’s production capabilities will play a major role in the upcoming growth of the company. “All of this sustained growth has really prepared our teams for the future growth of our product lines and what it will take to continue with the same level of support and product delivery we have always been known for. Growing these teams and continuing to provide our employees with all of the tools needed for success, will ensure our production capabilities are able to meet future demands” said Branden Franklin, Director of Customer Experience. Looking forward to JL Marine’s future, it seems that there is no limit to what the future may hold. When asked about where he sees the company in 5 years Franklin shared “Maintaining an overall goal of delivering high quality, innovative marine products backed by the best support in the industry will always be the forefront of our growth. Recognizing the demands of the market and our customers and making sure the expansion of our products lines align with such is a major 5-year focus for us.”

The employees of JL Marine take immense pride in making a quality American product. Ultimately, it takes a village and out of that village, JL Marine has carved out an immensely successful company known for top-notch products and unmatched customer service. In reflecting on JL Marine’s growth, Franklin shared “The most amazing thing to me about JL Marine has been watching the growth we have been able to see over the past years.
